Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

TheMiniSEO provides custom, manual SEO execution services (such as bulk Ahrefs metrics checks, keyword research, content briefs, technical SEO audits, and link research). Because our deliverables are digital reports involving manual research, analysis, and labor, we maintain a clear refund and cancellation policy as detailed below.

2. One-Time Tasks & Deliverables

All one-time SEO deliverables are custom-built to order. Once research or manual work on your ordered task has commenced, the order is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel an order and request a refund before work has begun, please contact us immediately. We will issue a refund minus any third-party payment gateway transaction processing fees.

3. Monthly Retainers & Task Desk Subscriptions

For monthly plans (Starter, Growth, and Partner Task Desks):

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your client portal or by emailing us. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No Retrospective Refunds: We do not issue partial or full refunds for current or past billing cycles once payment has been processed.
  • Unused Task Credits: Unused task credits do not roll over to subsequent months and are non-refundable. However, upon cancellation, you retain full access to submit and use your remaining task credits until your active billing period officially ends.

4. Delivery Turnaround & Delays

We make every effort to meet agreed-upon turnaround estimates. In the rare event that we fail to deliver a one-time deliverable within 14 business days after the scheduled delivery date due to circumstances entirely under our control (excluding delays caused by client response times, technical lockouts, or missing setup details), you may request a full refund for that specific order.

5. Quality Assurance & Revisions

We are committed to delivering clean, professional, and accurate work. If you receive a report or deliverable that has technical errors or does not align with the details agreed upon in the project scope, please submit a revision request within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will prioritize and apply revisions to correct the deliverable free of charge.

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request an order cancellation, manage a subscription, or discuss a refund eligibility inquiry, please contact us directly via email at hello@theminiseo.com. Please include your order details, client name, and the specific deliverables in question.
