1. Service Scope

TheMiniSEO provides SEO execution services including keyword research, content briefs, SEO audits, on-page SEO recommendations, link building research, guest post prospecting, and monthly SEO task support. Services are delivered as digital deliverables — documents, spreadsheets, reports, or data files.

2. Quotes and Payment

All pricing listed on the website represents starting points. Final pricing is confirmed via email based on scope, niche complexity, target country, deliverable depth, and turnaround time. Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins. Monthly plans are billed in advance.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information including website URLs, niche context, target countries, access to tools (if applicable), and specific requirements. Delayed or incomplete information may affect turnaround times.

4. No Ranking Guarantees

TheMiniSEO does not guarantee search engine rankings, organic traffic increases, or specific business outcomes. SEO results depend on many factors beyond our control including algorithm changes, competition, and implementation quality.

5. No Backlink Placement Guarantees

Link building research services provide research, prospecting, and outreach target lists. TheMiniSEO does not guarantee backlink placements, guest post acceptances, or specific link acquisition outcomes.

6. Revisions

Minor revisions to deliverables are included within the agreed scope. Significant scope changes or additional work may require additional quotes. Revision requests should be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

7. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided with each quote. Actual delivery times depend on task complexity, current workload, and information availability. Rush delivery may be available at an additional cost.

8. White-Label Usage

Deliverables provided under white-label arrangements may be rebranded by the client. TheMiniSEO retains no claim over white-labeled deliverables once delivered and paid for. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information presented to their own clients.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all deliverables created for their project. TheMiniSEO retains the right to use general methodologies, processes, and non-confidential learnings in future work.

10. Limitation of Liability

TheMiniSEO's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. TheMiniSEO is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of deliverables.
